Shipping & Returns

Our shipping rates come directly USPS, and fluctuate from time to time. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-5 business days from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-5 days for delivery in the continental 48 and up to 4 weeks for an international shipping.

Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office.

Returns / Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Items purchased from can be exchanged within 10-days of receiving your order. Exchanged items must be in their original form (unused, unworn, not washed, unaltered, un-camped, un-hiked, undamaged). Please email prior to shipping anything back. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Cedarclif (round trip) and possible restocking fee. If you have any questions about sizing, please view our sizing chart or contact us to avoid any exchanges. Thank you!

*Limited Edition Items
Due to the low quantity of limited edition items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Many times, these items run out completely and we do not have any stock to make the exchange. Exchanging for a different “In Stock” item is accepted. Please follow the guidelines above.
